    1 Onion, small, thinly sliced
    1 Bay leaf
    1/2 cup(s) Red wine
    to taste Pepper


    1. Combine all ingredients except oil in a bowl. Slowly whisk in oil until incorporated. Use to marinate meats or poultry.
