      RECIPE TITLE "Vinegarette Vegetable Salsa" Author: PastryWiz

    yields4 servings time-- difficultyvery easy


    1/2c. olive oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt dash pepper
    tabasco sauce to taste


    1. Blend well and pour over vegetables: 1 can mexican corn 1 can black beans 2-3 chopped green onions chopped carrots.
    2. Let marinate for 3 hrs.
    3. Then add: 1 avocado, chopped 2-3 roma tomatoes chopped (add the avocado pit to keep from browning).
    4. Serve with tortilla chips. Delicious!
