1/2cup heavy
cream 3 tablespoons sweet butter, cut into small pieces 1/3 cup granulated
sugar 1/3 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed 1/2 cup strained unsweetened
Dutch process cocoa powder
RECIPE METHOD
Heat olive oil in
frying pan.
Add
sliced garlic (2 cloves per serving) and brown, then add anchovies (1
oz. per serving) and blend them into the sauce, until you have a smooth
consistency.
Add salt if desired
(the anchovies, unless fresh, will probably have more than enough salt).
Pour sauce over pasta.
