RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- 2 dozens of
squid
- 2 dozens small scallops
- 2 dozens of mussels
- 2 dozens machas (in the
spanish market Amazona's food or Inca's food)
- 2 medium red peppers cut in
strips
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1/2 cup of cooked green peas
- 2 Medium onions
finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons yellow hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons of garlic,
ground
- 2 tomatoes peeled and cut in pieces
- 3 tablespoons coriander, ground
- 4 cups rice
- 4 1/2 cups of water

RECIPE METHOD
- Boil and clean the
seafood,
- Heat the oil and
fry the onions until golden, add garlic, yellow hot peppers, tomatoes,
salt and pepper.
- Stir and add the
cariander and 4 1/2 cups of water.
- Put in the seafood
and bring to the boil then add the rice, peas and strips of red pepper.
- Simmer until the
rice is cooked.
