      RECIPE TITLE "Asparagus and Red Pepper Pizza with Artichoke and Caper Relish" Author: Stonewall Kitchen

    yieldsserves 4 time 20 minsdifficultyeasy

    * 1 package of your favorite pizza dough or Boboli prepared shell
    * 1 cup chunky tomato sauce
    * 1/2 pound fresh asparagus
    * 1 jar Stonewall Kitchen Artichoke and Caper Relish
    * Yellow cornmeal for pizza pan
    * 1 red bell pepper
    * 1/4 pound blue cheese, crumbled (about 1 cup)

    1. 1. Place oven rack in lowest position.
    2. Preheat oven to 450° F.
    3. Cut off the tough ends of the asparagus and cook or steam until aldente (just tender). Immerse in ice water to stop cooking. Drain, dry and chop into 1" pieces.
    4. Sprinkle 12 inch pizza pan with a little cornmeal. Bake crust for 5 minutes, or until lightly browned and crisp. (omit step if using Boboli crust)
    5. Spread tomato sauce evenly over crust, leaving a border all around.
    6. Arrange red pepper over sauce, then top with Artichoke and Caper Relish and asparagus.
    7. Sprinkle evenly with blue cheese.
    8. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until topping is heated through. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
