      RECIPE TITLE "Peach Cream Pie" Author: Pam, Herman

    • 4 cups sliced peaches
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 3 Tbs flour
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla


    1. Combine sugar, egg, sour cream, flour, salt and vanilla together, beat until smooth.
    2. Add fresh sliced peaches and pour into an unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, reduced heat to 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
    3. Sprinkle with the following topping: 1/3 cup flour 1/3 cup sugar 1/4 cup butter 1/2 tsp cinnamon Sprinkle on top of pie, bake an additional 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees.
    4. Cool pie before serving.

      Very rich and delicious!!
