  RECIPE INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons margarine or butter,1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings,1 can (10 3/4 ounce) condensed broccoli cheese soup,1/3 cup of milk,1/8 teaspoon pepper,4 medium potatoes cooked and sliced,3 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

  RECIPE METHOD

  1. In 10 inch skillet over medium heat melt margarine and cook onion until tender.
  2. Stir in soup, milk and pepper.
  3. Add potatoes stir gently to coat.
  4. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low.
  5. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with bacon.

    Extra-time saver: use canned potatoes instead of fresh potatoes: just drain and rinse and slice!
