Arrange lettuce leaves on 4 serving plates.
Place 3 balls of
Boilie cheese on top of each and coat with chopped bacon.
Sprinkle avocado cubes with a little lemon juice to prevent
browning and evenly distribute on each plate.
place remaining lemon juice, Boilie oil, sugar, salt and lots of
freshly ground white pepper together in a bowl, beat well and
stir in herbs.
Just before serving, drizzle salad with the
