4 Boneless Pork Chop, cut ½ inch thick
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 qt. water
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
½ onion, chopped
2 bay leaves
10 black peppercorns
½ cup sugar
# Combine the marinade ingredients in a large bowl and marinate the pork overnight in the refrigerator.
# Heat Roy's Fusion Grill to 350 degrees.
# Remove the pork from the marinade and season with salt and pepper.
# Grill each side for about 4 to 5 minutes or until your desired doneness.
