      RECIPE INGREDIENTS

    • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    • 3 eggs
    • 1/3 cup oil
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 cup crushed pineapple with juice (measures 1 cup)
    • 3/4 cup coconut
    • 3/4 cup brown sugar

      RECIPE METHOD

    1. Combine cake mix with eggs, oil, and sour cream and crushed pineapple. Be sure to use the juice. Beat with an electric mixer for 3 full minutes.
    2. Pour batter into a well greased & floured 9x13 inch pan. Combine coconut and brown sugar and sprinkle over unbaked batter.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until cake is firm in center.
