  RECIPE INGREDIENTS

• ¾ lb Feta, cubed
• 1 ½ c Kalmata Olives
• 1 jar (6.5 oz) Marinated Artichoke Hearts from Spain
• 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
• 1 large cucumber, sliced
• ½ c Red Wine Vinegar by Olio Carli
• 1 red onion, separated into rings
• 3 Romaine Hearts, chopped

  RECIPE METHOD

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and toss carefully.
Chill & serve.
