    12 oz. Shrimp, peeled and deveined, medium size
    6 oz. Shaved Ladotiri
    3 Fresh tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    1/2 cup Pitted Kalamata olives
    3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
    3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped fine
    1 clove Fresh garlic, chopped
    1 tsp Oregano, dried
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
