2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped banana
1 (6 ounce) carton sugar free vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons wheat germ, optional
1/2 cup Smucker’s squeeze reduced sugar strawberry
Sugar free non-dairy whipped topping, optional
Combine milk, banana, yogurt, wheat germ, if desired, and fruit spread in blender container. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses; dollop with sugar free whipped topping, if desired.
