      RECIPE INGREDIENTS

    1 lb. ground beef;
    1/2 lb. ground pork (lean);
    1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese;
    4 slices bread, soaked in water and squeezed tightly;
    2 eggs;
    5 cloves fresh garlic, minced;
    1 medium onion, finely chopped;
    1 tbsp. chopped parsley;
    2 tsp. salt; 1 tsp. oregano;
    1/2 tsp. black pepper.

      RECIPE METHOD

    1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    2. Shape into balls.
    3. These can be fried, cooked in the oven or dropped into hot spaghetti sauce.
    4. The combination of pork and beef helps to keep these meatballs moist and juicy no matter how you choose to cook them!
